After settlement on our new house last week, I would definitely recommend JK finance to anybody.
It is our first home and from the start our experience with JK Finance was very friendly and informative. Tony handled my thousands of questions with a warmth, professionalism and patience that I haven’t often experienced in the finance industry.
Tony kept in excellent contact, with speedy email replies, and he was always there for a quick call when I had a worry or didn’t understand something. He carefully explained all the stages of the process in ways I could easily understand, putting my mind at ease throughout.
Being totally independent meant that we had a wide range of options to choose from, not like other brokers we had talked to who were heavily biased towards one lender. This meant that we could choose from more ethical options, and it also meant that when we had issues getting approval from one lender, Tony could very quickly move the application process to another lender, speeding up the process to get approval fast enough to keep to the same settlement date.
I have no negative things to say really, we are very pleased that our conveyancer recommended these guys!
